Increase Site Saturation
When checking why companies are high up the organic search listings for their chosen keywords, some sites return high results but have few high statistics (such as confirmed links) to make them appear there. However, they have a larger number of pages, or site saturation. This is direct evidence that a greater number of web pages, with quality, original content, is a key factor in SEO placement.

Regular Site Updates
The more regularly your site-map is updated with new information, the more regularly Google crawls your site and the more active your site is seen as being. This known in crawl terms as “long-tailing”. It improves your indexing as your site is seen as dynamic and growing...as long as you have original content...

It’s necessary to create original, rather than reproduced content or feeds. As Google says, “Don’t make sites which substantially duplicate content.” When your site is crawled, content is checked for duplication. If you simply use content reproduced from elsewhere, not only does this negatively affect your Page Rank but it can potentially lead to pages being filtered out altogether by Google.
